Ultrasonic Bag 21

This is a flat, wide bag with a single shoulder strap, made for giving catalogs and brochures to visitors at a fair. The strap is long and leaves the arms free when worn across the body. It also suits carrying seminar papers. The body has no gusset, and because the bag is flat and thin it is made for carrying paper and folders. The glossy laminated surface gives a smooth look. The strap and body are made of the same fabric, and the edges are joined by ultrasonic welding. The flat build makes it easy to pack the bag together with a stack of catalogs. Serial production and the economy stitch class suit the need to hand the same bag to many visitors throughout a fair. In the example shown, the whole front is covered with multicolor product photos on a red ground, a white logo, a QR code and a thin strip of text at the bottom. A photo print showing the product range can be made this way. Because the body is flat, the print area covers the whole front and product images can be placed large.
