Ultrasonic Bag 22

This deep, wide-gusseted, near-square bag carries a staff holiday food pack or a relief parcel. The base is wide, so heavy packaged goods can be lined up side by side. The surface is laminated, cream outside and purple inside, which gives the bag a two-layer look. Cream handles are attached with square embossed points, and a thin stitch strip runs along the mouth. The edges are joined by ultrasonic welding. The purple interior adds color to the outside when the mouth is open and makes the inside easy to tell apart. Because the base is wide, the bag spreads out when set on the floor. Serial production prepares as many identical bags as there are staff. In the photographed sample, a white label with a gold frame sits in the middle of the front, with one-color gold text inside and small address details below. A framed logo label can be applied in the same layout. The material is 100 g non-woven. For a staff holiday pack or a relief parcel, the wide gusset gives volume.
