Raw Cotton Tote Bag DH31

A bag given to new students at school and course registration should carry a notebook, a pencil case and a lunch bag from the first day. The 35 x 40 cm body of the black DH31 takes these items. The long double handles go over the shoulder. One image shows the unprinted black bag and the other the printed example. In the printed example, two lines of thin white text and a one-word green accent in a handwriting style are printed on the left side of the lower half of the front. White and green on a dark ground can be thought of as a two-color print. The black fabric is obtained through custom dyeing matched to a Pantone code. White ink is often the clearest option on a dark ground in screen printing. For light loads, 140 g colored raw cotton can be used, and for heavy loads 200 g rip-stop. The handle joint can be reinforced with double stitching. An inner pocket gives a separate compartment for an ID and a transport card. For consistency of white and green ink on a black ground, a sample is approved before printing.
