Ultrasonic Bag 01

Ultrasonic Bag 01 is a narrow 10 x 25 cm bag made for slim, tall products such as a single bottle or a jar of honey or jam. A bottle gift, a product handed over after a tasting at a fair stand, or a small treat package sent to a dealer carries easily in this form. The handle is cut out of the body as a punched opening. Because no separate handle is added, the bag looks like one whole piece and is easy to carry by hand. The narrow body limits movement of the product inside. The edges are joined by ultrasonic welding. The textured fabric surface looks matte and carries a short brand message plainly. The economy-stitch build makes quantity planning easier for many bottle or jar gifts, and serial production gives every bag the same size. In the example shown, a small two-color logo is printed in the middle and the rest of the bag is left open. You can apply the same layout with your own logo and match the colors by Pantone code. The bag is made of 100 g non-woven fabric, and a sample can be requested.
